Wisco introduces large-size angles
|
It is reported that China’s Wuhan Iron and Steel Corp. (Wisco) announced that it successfully produced large-size angle (200mm x 200mm) and the material was based on GB9788-88 standard.
The product is suitable for power transmission towers application and the rapid construction and upgrade of the national power grid in China.
Wisco expected that the large-size angles would boost the domestic demand from the infrastructure field and the annual production would reach 700,000 tons.
