US HMS 80:20 (1&2) prices to Taiwan keep decreasing

It’s reported that the selling prices of the US container HMS 80:20 (1&2) to Taiwan have continued decreasing to US$400~US$405/ton C&F this week from US$412~US$415/ton C&F in a week earlier.
Furthermore, it’s said that some steel mills in Taiwan purchased the HMS 80:20 (1&2) from the US with prices of US$390/ton C&F.
Traders said that the large price dip of the Japanese scrap has affected the US scrap prices. It’s known that the Japanese H2 scrap quotes to Asian market have decreased to US$380/ton C&F currently.
