US DOC imposes AD duties on Belgium’s stainless plates in coils

It’s reported that the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping order on the stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium.
The producer / exporter involved in this case include Aperam Stainless Belgium N.V. (AS Belgium), covering the period during May 1st, 2010 through April 30th, 2011.
It’s known that the US DOC calculated a preliminary dumping margin of 10.46% for Aperam Stainless Belgium N.V. (AS Belgium), in comparison of the current dumping margin of 6.57%.
The US DOC planned to conclude the review by October, 2012. Thus, the current dumping margin will remain effective until that time.
