Ukraine’s steel pipe output rises in first five months
|
According to statistics, Ukraine’s steel pipe production amounted to 953,800 tons in the first five months of this year, rising by 4% year on year.
Among them, 178,500 tons were produced by Interpipe Niko Tube; 178,300 tons were produced by Interpipe Nizhnedneprovsky Pipe Plant; 37,600 tons were made by ISD Dniepropetrovsk Tube Works; 101,000 tons were produced by Interpipe Novomoskovsk Pipe Works; 270,200 tons were manufactured by Metinvest Khartsyzsk Tube Works; 90,300 were produced by Lugansk Tube Plant; 75,300 were made by Kominmet and 22,600 were manufactured by the other steel pipe makers in the country.
In May, Ukraine’s output of steel pipes totaled 174,500 tons, decreasing by 5.6% from a month earlier.
