NOV Distribution Services ULC acquires CE Franklin for expansion

National Oilwell Varco (NOV),a worldwide leader in providing major mechanical components has announced that its subsidiary NOV Distribution Services ULC (NDS) was in process to acquire CE Franklin.
NOV affirmed this acquisition will expand the presence of their products and enhance their service capabilities within regions in North America.
