US to impose AD, CVD duties on Chinese high-pressure cylinders
|
The US International Trade Commission (USITC) approved to impose antidumping and countervailing duties against the high-pressure cylinders imported from China.
The USITC determined that the US industry is materially injured by the imports of high-pressure cylinders from China.
It’s known that the US Commerce Department (DOC) determined those products were sold into the US domestic market at less than fair value earlier this month.
The DOC will impose antidumping duties of 6.62%~31.21% and countervailing duties of 15.81% in the high-pressure cylinders from China.
