South Korean SeAH Besteel plans to buy Japanese Shindachi scrap

It’s reported that South Korean SeAH Besteel planned to buy the Shindachi scrap from Japan with prices of ￥35,000/ton C&F.
Industry sources estimated that final transaction prices would be at ￥32,700~￥32,800/ton FOB, lower than Hyundai Steel’s bid prices of ￥34,000/ton FOB.
Meanwhile, the scrap prices have continued falling to￥30,000~￥31,500/ton in the Japanese domestic market recently.
