Saudi Arabia's steel production expected to grow by 9% in next three years
|
Being one of the most attractive destinations for global crude steel producers, Saudi Arabia’s steel production is forecasted to grow by 9% during the next three years.
It is said that the steel consumption throughout the Gulf region has been growing and construction industry in the region alone is able to maintain the leading position over the past few years.
It is analyzed that the kingdom's geographical location being the hub from Africa, Europe and the Asian countries with cheaper availability of labor compared to Europe and America along with cheap and reliable energy and gas resources.
