Brazil’s zinc consumption expected to rise by 6% in 2013
|
According to forecast of the Brazilian lamination association Sindicel, the country’s zinc consumption would rise by 6% in 2013.
In the first quarter of 2012, Brazil’s apparent zinc consumption increased to 64,000 tons from 63,000 tons in the same period of a year earlier.
It’s analyzed that Brazil’s zinc consumption would rise further as the country’s government plans to invest US$2.9 billion in infrastructure.
