Russel Metals buys Alberta Industrial Metals
|
Reportedly, Russel Metals, the Ontario-based steel service center said that the firm has inked an agreement to acquire Alberta Industrial Metals for US$30 million.
Mr. Brain Hedges, the President and CEO of Russel Metals said that the company is pleased to welcome Alberta Industrial Metals to become its service center operations.
Meanwhile, the current management team in Alberta Industrial Metals will continue to lead the company.
