|
Reportedly, the Taiwanese H section steelmakers are planning to raise the selling prices by NT$800~NT$1,000/ton this week, in response to higher oil and electricity prices.
After the price adjustment, the latest selling prices of H section steel will come to NT$25,500~NT$27,000/ton and the actual transaction prices will be at NT$25,000~NT$26,500/ton.
Meanwhile, it’s said that the Chinese manufacturers are also mulling to hike the export prices of H section steel products after the domestic prices rise and the input costs increase.
