Brazil’s flat and longs products imports rose in March
|
According the data from Brazilian foreign trade ministry, the imports of flat and long products are both higher in March.
The flat imports increased by 6% month-on-month to 169,000 tons from 160,000 tons. Long products imports rose about 21% month-on-month to 81,000 tons from 69,000 tons.
The Santa Catarina state has 38% the total flat imports, from 41% of total imports in February. This is the state which urges the government to raise the tax on imports.
