EU ceases AD investigation on Indian stainless steel fasteners
|
Reportedly, the EU formally announced to cease its investigation of antidumping on Indian stainless steel fasteners.
The custom codes of the products involved in this case include 73181210, 73181410, 73181530, 73181551, 73181561 and 73181570.
It’s known that the EU decided to impose the interim antidumping duty on Indian stainless steel fasteners in this February, with the margin rate of 3.2%~16.5%.
From 2008 till the investigation period, the Indian stainless steel fasteners acquired 65% of market shares in the EU.
