US container HMS 80:20 (1&2) quotes to Taiwan at US$448~US$453/ton C&F

Reportedly, the US scrap suppliers offered HMS 80:20 (1&2) quoted at US$448~US$453/ton C&F to Taiwan this week, up by US$8/ton from the transaction prices of US$440/ton C&F in a week earlier.
It’s estimated that the transition prices for this week would be at US$445/ton C&F, up by US$5/ton from a week ago, according to traders.
Meanwhile, dealers said that if the transaction prices for this week were at US$445/ton C&F, it would be close to the prices of NT$13,700/ton offered by Taiwanese steel mills.
