Ta Chen expects 2012 sales to rise by 7%
|
Reportedly, Ta Chen, one of the major stainless steel makers in Taiwan said that it expected its consolidated sales in 2012 would raise by 7% to NT$44 billion from NT$41 billion in 2011, driven by the recovering in the US market.
Ta Chen has fought against the volatile nickel prices since the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2011, helping the company to remain steady growth in profit margin.
Furthermore, the company has become one of the major stainless steel suppliers in the US market, with its eight outlets in its American subsidiary which posted monthly sales of US$95 million~US$100 million with gross profits margin of 11%.
