Taiwanese Hsin Kuang Steel's February sales revenues soar by 36% m-o-m
|
Hsin Kuang Steel, one of the major steel service centers in Taiwan announced that its February sales revenue amounted to NT$599 million, surging by 35.9% from a month ago.
The company indicated that the longer working days in February boosted its sales revenue to go up.
Meanwhile, Hsin Kuang Steel said that its average selling prices in this Q1 will remained at the same level as that in last Q4.
However, the company’s Q2 average selling prices might increase, driven by the price hike made by China Steel Corp. (CSC), the largest steelmaker in Taiwan.
Hsin Kuang Steel indicated that it still has in-hand orders from government's project; therefore, it will help its sales to rise in this Q2.
