Stainless steel prices fall in Chinese Foshan spot market
|
It’s reported that the stainless steel prices have dropped by RMB600/ton over the past few weeks in Chinese Foshan market after the nickel prices dropped by more than US$1,000/ton since February.
It’s known that the transacted prices of 304 grade cold rolled coils were at RMB19,500~RMB20,000/ton, decreasing by RMB400~RMB600/ton from that in early February.
Meanwhile, nickel prices at LME have fluctuated since this February. The nickel cash prices at LME were at US$19,905/ton on February 29th.
