Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) rules dumping on China stainless steel sink

Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) has investigated the anti-dumping and subsidy on the export of Chinese stainless steel sink to determine whether it could damage the Canadian industry. Currently CITT has initiated a preliminary ruling on this case.
During the period between Sep., 2010 to the end Aug., 2011, the alleged dumping margin was 20.6% in review period. At the same time, the alleged subsidy rate was 15.7% during January 01, 2010 to August 31, 2011.
The petitioners of this case are companies of Franke Kindred Canada Ltd., and Novanni Stainless Inc., . The respondents are companies of Blanco Canada Inc. in Canada and Blanco GmbH + Co. KG in Germany.
