US’s August primary aluminum output surges by 18% y-o-y
|
According to report of United States Geological Survey (USGS), the US produced 172 thousand tons of primary aluminum in August, increased by 1,000 tons from July and soared by 18% in comparison of 146 thousand tons in the same period of last year.
Besides, the US’s daily output of primary aluminum in August was 5,540 tons, remained flat from a month earlier and increased by 18% year on year.
