Turkey’s July rebar exports drop by 17.2% y-o-y

According to data of the Istanbul Mineral and Metals Exporters' Association (IMMIB), Turkey exported 521,140 tons of rebar in July, down by 17.16% year on year; while, it increased by 6.83% from June.
At the same time, the export value of rebar amounted US$366.80 million, up by 9.19% year on year and increased by 7.18% month on month.
Among them, Turkey’s rebar exports to United Arab Emirates (UAE) totaled 67,745 tons; that to Iraq was 47,766 tons; 38,254 tons were to Singapore; 31,090 tons were to Egypt, 23,354 tons were to Syria and 22,170 tons were to Israel.
