Tata Steel’s Q4 net profit soars 72% on output rise
|
According to report, Tata Steel announced on Wednesday that its consolidated net profit rose 71.61% to Rs 4,177.14 crore for Q4 ended on March 31, contributed by stronger volumes in India operations and good prices in European market.
In addition, one of its product, Teesside Cast Products helps to boost the profits by Rs 2091 crore.
In its European operations, it also recorded high as an EBITDA of Rs 4204 croe, an increase of Rs 5555 crore compared to that in the same period last financial year of 2010.
