LME nickel price continued to go down, preventing the stainless steel price going up further.
With the approaching of the Chinese spring festival, most buyers are hesitating to book the orders right now.
Affected by the European credit crisis, the nickel price on the LME plummeted by 3.8 percent on last Friday, reaching the lowest level since 15th December last year.
In addition, the nickel stock on the LME has reached 166,386 ton, also reaching a high level again.
