Barclays Capital: Copper price to rise

It is estimated by Barclays Capital that the price of copper will be rose by 34 percent in 2010.
One analyst of Barclays Capital said, LME’s stock average price of copper is US$6,875/ton, a 5 percent increase compared with its previous forecast. LME’s stock average price of copper in 2009 was US$5,148/ton.
Global copper demand is expected to grow, although the demand was reduced by 10 percent in the previous year.
