China’s stainless steel production up in 2009
|
According to the data from the Stainless Steel Council of China Special Steel Enterprises Association (SSC), stainless steel output in China increased by 27 percent to 8.8 million tons in 2009.
SSC said in the statement that the rising production was from the government’ stimulus plan in the country.
China's stainless steel mills are mulling to operate higher capacity in the first quarter of 2010.
