Tisco raises stainless steel prices
|
China’s Taiyuan Iron & Steel (Tisco) has announced its new ex-work price for the fifty second week (Dec.22 – Dec.28).
The company is increasing price slightly by RMB100~200/ton (US$15~30) as compared with the price of last week.
China’s major stainless steel producers, including Tisco, are cutting production in December because of slow demand. However, nickel price on the LME is still climbing despite high stock levels.
