India to ease dumping duty on some stainless steel imports

Now, India government has regulated its anti-dumping duty on cold rolled stainless steel.
In the new tariff, some types of stainless steel could not be produced in India was removed off.
Since April, 2009, India government had been imposing anti-dumping duty in between US$12.74/ton and US$2,200/ton on stainless steel cold rolled flat products of width between 600mm and 1500mm from 8 countries.
After tariff regulation, the said width range was adjusted to 600mm to 1250mm. It is good news for India’s importers of such products and oversea suppliers.
