Yusco remains its domestic price unchanged for December
|
Taiwan’s major stainless steel producer, Yieh United Steel Corp. (Yusco), announced to remain its domestic price unchanged for December even though the nickel price has declined to current US$16,000~17,000/ton.
Although the demand is weak and the price should drop, but the company decided to keep at the same price level.
Yusco think the stainless steel price will stabilize after the previous price cut and underproduction. Therefore, they insist in keeping the same price for its 300 and 400 series product.
