China stainless market stable
|
The stainless steel market in China was stable with a little down last week. The prices decreased US$13 to US$64 in different areas. The current future prices of nickel on the LME was about US$30,100/MT, decreasing US$1,700 compared with last weekend. The current prices of Ferro Chrome in China was about RMB6,200 (US$790), the price is expected to be stable in the near future. As for scrap, the scrap price of Ni:7.6 to 7.8 in Shanghai and Zhejiang Market is about RMB22,800 to 23,000(US$2,900 to US$2,926).
