Section steel prices in Shanghai market stable
|
The price of section steel was stable in the Shanghai market although the deals were last week when the price of small channel bar was up. Deals in the market are expected to take a turn for the better as downstream demand increases further. The market in Shanghai in particular will improve when all the steel companies increase their prices one after another. However, the section steel market remains firm when the price of mid thickness plate stop to rise. (Feb. 20)
