ThyssenKrupp to Q1 carbon flat products price

Rising raw material costs have prompted Germany’s ThyssenKrupp to increase its carbon flat steel prices for the first quarter of next year. ThyssenKrupp is the first mill in Europe so far announce the first quarter increase of price next year in addition to increases for the fourth quarter of this year. Carbon flat steel prices were increased by €20 to 30/mt earlier. ThyssenKrupp have not decided on how much the increase will be for next year. (Oct. 2)
